Have a Crush? Student Leadership Council will be selling cans of Crush to send to your Valentine the week of 2/5-2/9. All cans will be $1 each and will be delivered on 2/14. See a Student Leadership Member before school or during lunch to buy your Crush a crush!

Stop by the IMC and place your guess of the number of hearts and kisses in the jars! The winner will be announced on February 14th and receive the candy just in time for Valentine's Day.
Starting on Monday, students and staff will be able to guess whose pet goes with each CMS staff member. There will be a board set up in the IMC. Once you make your guesses, make sure and put your name on the guess sheet and put it in the envelope on the board, Prizes will be awarded. All guesses are due at 3:30 on Thursday, Feb. 8th.
February marks Black History month. Today we share the story of Carter G. Woodson, the creator of Black History Month. Often referred to as the "Father of Black History," he was notably the second African American to graduate from Harvard University with a doctorate degree, and is credited with being one of the first scholars to study and research the history of African Americans.
