Tickets for the Sadie’s Dance will be sold in the cafeteria during lunch through Wednesday, Feb. 21st..  Tickets are $10 each and WILL NOT be sold at the dance. Guest forms are also due on Wednesday, Feb. 21st and will not be accepted after this date.

Please pick up flyer in the office or scan the QR code around the building to RSVP for an info meeting at the Jac on Tuesday February 20th at 6:30pm. Fundraising is possible so if you dream about traveling. This meeting and Peru are for you! "

 

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be having an informational meeting about starting back up an FCA Huddle here at CHS. We will meet Thursday, February 22 in room 306 (Mr. Gunther’s) during B Win.  All students are welcome to attend.  Come see what FCA is all about!

Tomorrow, 2/21 - Marines Recruiter  will be here from 11:30 - 12:30

 

Also, Indiana State University will be here Monday March 11 for admitted students and interested juniors. She asked that I have a signup sheet so she has an idea of how many she will be meeting with. I will have the sign up sheet here in the guidance office. The last day to sign up will be Friday March 8th. 

 

Happy National FFA Week! As a way to celebrate our FFA chapter is doing a daily trivia and dress up days. Every day that a student participates they will be entered to win a gift card! Tomorrow's dress up day is Blue and Gold day, Thursday’s is red, white and blue and Friday is CASE vs. John Deere. If you participate in a dress up day, please stop by the ag building to have your name entered in the drawing. Today's Trivia question is: Illinois ranks 1st in the production of a few agricultural commodities what is the name of one of those products? Email your answers to Mr. Oakley or Ms. Walk! 

Students are not to be parking in the A & M Center lot unless they have specific permission from the office.  There should be no parking in that lot near the greenhouse and activity buses. Parking tickets will be issued to violators.

We want to give a huge thank you to the Interact club, Ms. Scamihorn, all the students, school staff and our community for the outpour of love and support over the last week.  We are sincerely thankful for your kind gesture and kindness.
