Announcements for Monday, February 3, 2025

Congratulations to the Freshman class for having the fewest number of unexcused absences for the month of January. Every Freshman will be getting a treat on Friday at the concession stand before school. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Brimner. 

Are you interested in an internship for next school year? If you are a current sophomore or junior, check out your school email for the link to learn more. Applications are now open and will be completed in SchooLinks. The application, along with three teacher recommendations is due by March 7.

Seniors- SAVE THE DATE.  If you have taken a dual credit class while in high school you need to attend a dual credit meeting on Tuesday, February 18 at 10:45 in the library.  You will be responsible for anything missed in your class.  If you have any questions, email Mrs. Meeker.

Saddie Hawkins Dance is February 22. 7pm-10pm. 24 KT gold is the theme and remember GIRLS ASK THE GUYS!!!! Tickets will be on sale Wednesday, February 12 to Wednesday, February 19 for $10 per person.  Tickets will be sold at lunch ONLY!! There will be two sales booths, one in the cafeteria and one inside the student parking lot door. Guest passes are available in the office. Guest passes are due February 14. No late passes will be accepted. 

Cupid called! He said you should visit the Thread n Gold’s Clothing Room Valentines Day Open House on Tuesday, February 11th. during both lunch hours. We have variety of Men and Women’s clothing and other things you might need for Valentine’s Day and the upcoming Sadie Hawkins dance on Saturday, February 22nd. We’re located in the basement in room 107 and remember…. everything is free! Yes, we LOVE to say free! If you don’t come, you will break out hearts!!

Mr. Schaefer from LIFT will be here during lunch, 11:30 – 12:00, on Thursday, February 6 to do a presentation about the programs that LIFT has to offer.  The presentation will be in the auditorium.
