Good morning CHS!
· Mrs. Brimner will be handing out Trojan Up levels during lunch/WIN time in the cafeteria on Tuesday and Thursday. We will be having a snack cart that will be coming around to classrooms this Friday. If you have your card, you can pick out snacks from the snack cart. Please see Mrs. Brimner if you have any questions.
· Prom tickets are on sale now till April 30 for $20 and sold at lunch. There will be no at the door ticket sales. If you are unable to purchase a ticket, see Ms. Keeton or Ms. Brimner with questions. Reminder that Guest Passes are due April 25.
· Trojan Brew will be open Tuesday through Friday in the mornings and everyday during lunch.
· Come see us at the Thread n' Gold room in the basement today for our annual Spring and Summer Open House during both lunch hours. Lots of different colored men's dress shirts for prom and something for the ladies too! Join us for some refreshments and you could also win a door prize. See you during lunch! You do not want to miss this!
· The Charleston High School Special Olympics is pleased to announced that our school was chosen to have a Special Olympian participate in the Spring Games Opening Ceremony torch run. Congratulations to Carl Prindable for representing Charleston High School. We invite everyone to come out and join us next Friday, April 25th at Eastern Illinois University O'Brien Field at 8:30 a.m. To cheer Carl on in his torch run and to cheer on our Special Olympians as they compete in their individual and team events. Congratulations Carl!!!!
· Happy Earth Day CHS! There will be a science club meeting during WIN B today. CHS Science Club will also be picking up trash around the school during WIN A today and at Lake Charleston after school. Everyone is welcome to join our small effort to make our world a bit brighter.
· If you made the CHS Cheer Team last week, please go to the office today to pick up an informational flyer that needs to go home to a parent or guardian.
· Dismissals for today: Softball at 2:05. Varsity baseball at 2:15. Girls track at 2:30.
