Announcements for Wednesday, April 23, 2025

Good morning CHS!

·         Mrs. Brimner will be handing out Trojan Up levels during lunch/WIN time in the cafeteria on Thursday. We will be having a snack cart that will be coming around to classrooms this Friday. If you have your card, you can pick out snacks from the snack cart. Please see Mrs. Brimner if you have any questions. 

·         Prom tickets are on sale now till April 30 for $20 and sold at lunch. There will be no at the door ticket sales. If you are unable to purchase a ticket, see Ms. Keeton or Ms. Brimner with questions. Reminder that Guest Passes are due April 25.

·         The Media Center will be closed Thursday, April 24th for makeup ACT testing.

·         Fellowship of Christian Athletes meets today during WIN B in room 213B. We'd love to see you there!

·         Come see us at the Thread n' Gold room in the basement today for our annual Spring and Summer Open House during both lunch hours.   Lots of different colored men's dress shirts for prom and something for the ladies too!  Join us for some refreshments and you could also win a door prize. See you during lunch!  You do not want to miss this!

·         The Kristin Runyon ASE Scholarship applications are now available on the guidance website. These are 3 scholarships for $500 each. One will be awarded to a senior member of either a cappella group; once will be awarded to a senior athlete who played one sport for all four years of high school, and one will be awarded to a senior planning to major in English, journalism, or communication. Applications are due back to the Guidance Office by Friday, May 2nd.

·         If you made the CHS Cheer Team last week, please go to the office today to pick up an informational flyer that needs to go home to a parent or guardian.

·         Dismissals for today: JV baseball at 2:10. Varsity baseball at 2:50. Softball at 2:20.
